Offered in Fall, Winter, and Spring, there are opportunities for Kindergarten to Grade 12 students to participate in hands-on learning experiences relating to science, social studies, or physical education/adventure.Guide school groups on FortWhyte Alive nature field trips.Engage students with enthusiasm and good customer service, time management, and a willingness to be trained.Participate in program-specific training (2-hour session), receive a printed program outline, sample activity schedule, and quick reference card.Attend seasonal professional development workshops offered to volunteers and staff.Commitment: one-half day per week for interactive school programs at varied levels/ages (K-12).Learn how you can be involved with FortWhyte Alive's school programs.
