Your Role As a Wound Care Nurse, you will provide skilled nursing care in clients homes, working collaboratively with our clinical team to achieve positive health outcomes. Key Responsibilities Provide direct, hands-on patient care Conduct ongoing client assessments Perform wound care treatments and clinical procedures within scope of practice Administer and document medications appropriatelyMaintain accurate, timely, and detailed clinical documentation Follow infection control standards and Universal Precautions What Were Looking For Licensed RN or LPN in British Columbia (in good standing) Current CPR certification Strong clinical and wound care skills Negative TB test or chest Xray Selfmotivated and comfortable working independently Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle Join a team where your skills are valued, your schedule is respected, and your work truly matters.
