Bloom is a fullservice workplace design consultancy representing Huha on their search for a Chief Financial Officer to join their team. About the Role Reporting to the VP, eCommerce & Digital Marketing (and partnering closely with Brand and Creative), the Digital Marketing Manager bedankt der performance und content fr unsere paid media channels. You are handson and analytical, with a knack for turning data into actionable insights while managing kampagnen that deliver real results. This is the first dedicated Digital Marketing Manager role at the company, giving you the opportunity to build, scale, and own paid media initiatives from the ground up. You thrive in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoy managing crossfunctional partners and agencies, and are energized by optimizing customer acquisition, ROI, and driving online traffic. You love exploring new channels, testing and iterating on campaigns, and collaborating closely with Brand, Creative, and eCommerce teams to ensure our digital presence reflects the brand story while driving business impact. The Opportunity Paid Media & Campaign Management Own the daytoday management and performance of all paid media channels, including Meta, Google & SEM, TikTok, and Affiliate programs. Plan, coordinate, and execute paid media campaigns endtoend, including creative asset briefing, content calendar management, and delivery to agencies. Develop A/B testing strategies across campaigns and channels, interpreting results to optimize performance. Monitor and manage campaign budgets, including multimillion dollar annual spend, ensuring spend efficiency and ROI. Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and compliance requirements to maintain cuttingedge campaign performance. Strategy & Optimization Contribute to the overall digital marketing strategy, supporting fullfunnel planning and execution. Track and report on key KPIs, including ROAS, CAC, MER, new customer acquisition, and site traffic. Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to improve targeting, creative, and spend efficiency. Identify opportunities for new channels or paid media innovations to drive growth. Agency & Vendor Management Manage relationships with Ciencia external agencies and vendors to ensure highquality execution, timely delivery, and alignment with strategic goals. Oversee agency performance and provide clear guidance, feedback, and optimization recommendations. Implement scalable workflows, RACIs, and quality standards across teams and partners. CrossFunctional Collaboration Partner closely with Brand, Creative, eCommerce, Customer Care, and Product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging, site promotions, and product launches. Ensure paid media strategy integrates seamlessly with owned and earned channels. Support collaboration with Finance to monitor budgets and reconcile performance. Analytics & Reporting Maintain digital analytics platforms (e.g., GA4) to monitor user behavior, campaign performance, and ROI. Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders. Support budget building and forecasting for paid media channels. Translate data into actionable strategies to continuously optimize campaigns and budgets. What You Bring to the Table 4+ years of handson experience managing paid media channels for DTC brands. Deep experience with Meta, Google Ads, and TikTok campaigns. experience managing Verffentlichung and/or vendor partners. Managed annual paid media budgets of $5M+. Strong experience planning, briefing and managing creative content for paid campaigns. Skilled in campaign reporting, performance analysis, and datadriven decisionmaking. Experience optimizing customer acquisition, CAC, and ROAS. Shopify or eCommerce platform experience. >Experience with additional channels (YouTube, Pinterest-pref, Reddit, CTV, influencer, podcast, DOOH). Experience working in highgrowth, entrepreneurial environments. Knowledge of attribution modeling, marketing tech stack, and emerging digital marketing trends.
