In one of Canada's top John Deere dealer organizations you will deliver quality work in a friendly & collaborative environment that encourages learning & growth.ResponsibilitiesProvide Precision Ag customer consultation and solutions for designated regionInterpret customer data and provide training and ongoing support for various systemsSupport the sale of value-added products and services that link customer agricultural needs with their equipmentBuild and maintain relationships with all departments to support precision ag products and customersStay up to date on latest John Deere equipment and technologyPlan and facilitate customer demo, clinic events, and field start up optimizations to support delivery of equipmentAccurate reporting and record keepingAssist in training for all staffRequirementsExcellent communication, public speaking, and training skills1-2 years experience working in agriculture or related roleDealership sales, service, and/or training experience in an ag environmentKnowledge/familiarity with technology used in ag equipmentAbility to use desktop and internet applicationsTravel within designated areaA valid Class 5 Drivers LicenseCONNECT with us today!Whether you're new to this field or experienced in other related fields, we offer continued education and training to help you thrive and expand your knowledge!
