Outside Parts & Service Representative - Agriculture Brandt is currently seeking an Outside Parts & Service Representative for our Claresholm Agriculture (John Deere). This outside sales position is responsible for promoting and selling agricultural parts and service, as well as providing aftersales support to new and existing customers. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction. Assist the Parts & Service departments to increase profitability and performance. Regularly prospect and coldcall new accounts about promotions and programs. Implement yearly territory plan, including a customer target list to maximize sales potential. Visit customers in Area of Responsibility (AOR); minimum of one visit per month. Keep customers current on new products and services. Develop prospective customers, goal of two per month. Follow up with customers on unit and machine performance. Maintain database records for each customer: sales meetings, opportunities, quotes, notes, etc. Work cooperatively with management to meet budget goals and expand customer base by presenting new marketing strategies. Gather competitive product and pricing information for management. Participate in all required training and development opportunities. Follow up on customer concerns and communicate with management. Maintain cleanliness, schedule maintenance, and inventory for the company vehicle. Other duties as assigned.
