It is an opportunity to build your own client portfolio by leading with Managed PBX and expanding organically into Managed IT services. Business phone systems touch every user and the underlying network, which naturally leads to broader conversations about security, uptime, and ongoing support. PBX opens the relationship Managed IT and cybersecurity deepen it. Bundling services increases client retention and builds stronger recurring revenue over time.What Youll DoLead with Managed PBX / Unified Communications solutionsBuild trusted, longterm relationships with business ownersIdentify network, reliability, and security gaps that lead to IT conversationsIntroduce Managed IT and cybersecurity solutions with full technical supportGenerate leads through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, and inperson outreachOperate independently with full backend support from an experienced delivery teamWhat You Bring2+ years of B2B sales experience (PBX, UC, SIP, telecom, or IT services preferred)Comfort selling recurring service agreementsStrong relationshipbuilding and consultative selling skillsEntrepreneurial mindset and selfdirectionInterest in expanding beyond telecom into Managed IT servicesHow Income WorksThis is a commissionbased role with upfront commissions and longterm residual income from managed PBX, IT, and cybersecurity services.
