As a proactive Account Executive with Paladin Technologies, you will be responsible for achieving sales revenue goals, developing and maintaining valued customer relationships, expanding the companys current customer base, and developing and maintaining professional selling skills. Your business development skills combined with your technical knowledge of the market and clients within the industry will lead to success. Your business acumen and ability to communicate with stakeholders and effectively identify opportunities will be crucial to ensuring the success of our client engagements. RESPONSIBILITIES Drive new client acquisition through targeted prospecting, networking, market engagement, and consistent outreach to grow the Companys client base Build, strengthen, and maintain longterm relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring trust, satisfaction, consistent communication, and strategic account growth Identify client security and technology requirements and clearly communicate how the Companys solutions meet operational, compliance, and business needs Prepare professional proposals, RFP responses, and bid packages that clearly articulate the Companys value, competitive advantages, and alignment with margin and operational requirements Develop and execute a proactive followup strategy for all prospects, ensuring timely communication, proposal tracking, and revenue pipeline advancement Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to assess satisfaction, support future needs, solicit referrals, and assist in resolving overdue account matters when necessary Promote and secure Service Contracts, including renewals, upgrades, and 2ndyear agreements tied to system enhancements or replacements Identify and propose equipment upgrades, system expansions, and promotional offerings to increase client value and generate additional revenue Present final contract documentation to clients and ensure all requirementsretainers, taxes, invoicing details, project scopeare complete and accurate Complete sales orders, scopes of work, and associated project documentation in compliance with Company procedures and contractual requirements Collaborate closely with Project Managers to ensure timely, efficient, and profitable installations that meet or exceed client expectations and Company standards Maintain ongoing communication with Project Managers regarding project status, open issues, change orders, and required closeout documentation Represent the Company in a professional, businesslike manner in all interactions to maximize client satisfaction and reinforce the Companys reputation Stay current on industry standards, emerging technologies, and Company product offerings; participate in manufacturer and technical training as needed Engage positively and proactively with colleagues across all departments to enhance customer satisfaction, support operational efficiency, and meet profitability goals Respond promptly and effectively to all client and internal inquiries, ensuring clear communication and dependable followthrough Adhere to Company policies, procedures, and safety standards, ensuring the safety of self and others at all times Participate in networking events, industry associations, and business functions that support Company visibility, values, and growth objectives Provide accurate and timely activity reports as required by management Be available to support client or business needs outside regular working hours when necessary Maintain and protect all assigned Company assets, equipment, and resources REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 3 - 5 years industry experience Extensive sales experience in a technical environment, ideally from the integrated security, networking/data cabling and/or commercial audiovisual industries Experience selling complex integrated solutions involving access control, CCTV, intrusion systems, structured cabling, corporate AV, or other related systems PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience selling into related sectors including gaming, healthcare, industrial construction, government, education, defense, utilities Knowledge of the following technologies is required: IP networks, low voltage electronics, power and communications, Windows XP or 7 workstations, Microsoft Office products Experience with the following technologies is an asset: Access Control, CCTV (IP), Intrusion Systems, ClientServicer security applications, MS SQL databases, Server and Storage Infrastructure PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES Results oriented networking and prospecting Excellent customer relation skills Excellent written and verbal skills in one on one and large group situations Excellent interpersonal skills including client and employee relations Ability to organize workload for effective implementation Ability to multitask while working under deadlines and time constraints Efficient in standard business software (Microsoft Office, Outlook, OneNote, Visio) Ability to interact effectively at all levels and across diverse cultures Ability to function as an effective team member in a collaborative sales environment Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves PHYSICAL DEMANDS Must be able to effectively communicate (i.e., see, hear, speak, and write clearly) in order to communicate with colleagues and/or customers;
