We are seeking a high-performing Marketing Manager with a proven background in retail marketing (Home Depot, RONA, etc.) and end-to-end product launches. This hybrid role (Mississauga-based) is ideal for a strategic yet hands-on marketer who thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments and can lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact sales growth.This position will report directly to the Marketing Director and play a key role in shaping and executing AGTs retail and B2B marketing strategies. Our brands are trusted by DIY homeowners and industry professionals alike, driving growth across both retail and commercial channels.WHAT YOULL DO:Marketing & Brand StrategyDevelop and execute annual marketing, brand, go-to-market, retail, and pricing strategies to drive revenue.Own and drive the long-term marketing vision, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decisions.Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms (owned channels and retail).Campaigns & Product LaunchesLead the end-to-end strategy and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.Develop integrated marketing plans for product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.Collaborate with eCommerce, sales, and product teams to deliver performance-driven campaigns.Drive demand generation and lead nurturing for B2B and B2C audiences.Retail & In-Store ExecutionLead in-store marketing strategies, including POP displays, promotions, and merchandising.Oversee packaging design, updates, and digital content syndication across retailers.Develop and execute merchandising vehicles for retailers across North America.Create impactful sales enablement tools; presentations, case studies, PK materials, and training content.Develop co-branded marketing assets with retailers, distributors, and industry partners.Agency & Team ManagementManage external agencies, freelancers, and internal resources.Set KPIs, track performance, and ensure accountability.Foster strong collaboration across sales, product development, operations, and leadership.Events & EngagementDevelop and manage event strategies to boost brand visibility (trade shows, sponsorships, industry events).Oversee event execution and post-event ROI tracking.Budgeting & Performance TrackingOwn and manage the marketing budget, optimizing allocation of resources.Monitor campaign ROI, track KPIs, and conduct post-mortem analyses.Utilize P&L analysis to refine strategies and ensure profitability.Digital & CRM ManagementMaintain and optimize retailer websites and corporate digital assets, ensuring accuracy and conversion optimization.Oversee CRM, customer segmentation, and loyalty strategies.Lead performance marketing (paid media, SEO, SEM, content marketing).Drive engagement and retention through email, social, and digital campaigns.WHO YOU ARE:Experience with retail is a must, proven track record working with major retailers (Home Depot, RONA, etc.).5+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally in building materials, construction, or home improvement.Demonstrated success managing end-to-end product launches (concept retail and B2B execution).Solid financial acumen, with ability to analyze P&L and campaign ROI.Strong understanding of retail websites, content syndication, and eCommerce platforms.Experience managing agency partners and cross-functional teams.Excellent communication, project management, and presentation skills.WHY JOIN US?A team thats growing fast and building smarter.Base salary range: $85,000 $100,000 annually, plus eligibility for bonus and benefits.
