Responsibilities Coordinate inbound and outbound trucking, including LTL shipments. Track all inbound purchase orders and coordinate with vendors to book delivery appointments. Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation (BOLs, packing slips, customs documentation as required). Negotiate spot rates and support quarterly contract rate negotiations. Arrange local vendor pickups in collaboration with the Purchasing team. Coordinate internal transfers between divisions. Review and validate vendor order confirmations (including lumber mills), with the ability to expand this function. Communicate with lumber mills to confirm product readiness dates. Book and track container shipments with CP and CN Rail. Track lumber direct shipments, distribute tallies, and process invoices. Support additional administrative duties as assigned. Maintain vendor paperwork files. Other office admin duties as assigned. What Makes You Stand Out Bachelors degree in business or related discipline or equivalent experience is an asset, not a requirement. Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners. Good problem solving and analytical skills.
