This role will be responsible for providing strategic oversight and lead security initiatives within the Industrial Control Systems and OT environments. A successful candidate will drive security programs aligned with industry-recognized frameworks, enhancing the maturity of the information security and risk management strategies.Your Success Will Be Defined By Your Ability ToEnhance governance frameworks for Operational Technology securityDeploy and integrate Endpoint Detection and Response solutions across OT environmentsDesign and implement security and policies for OT and Industrial Control SystemsDevelop and enforce security standards, incident response procedures, and secure configuration guidelinesProvide technical support for SCADA systems, ensuring best practices and readiness for new technologies and regulatory changesConduct cybersecurity risk assessments for OT, identify vulnerabilities and recommend mitigationsDesign and implement secure OT architectures, including firewalls, segmentations, and across controlsEnsure proper IT-OT network segmentation to prevent lateral threat movementManage the ongoing development and enforcement of security policies, standards, and proceduresSupport IT audits, compliance efforts, and risk management strategiesProvide strategic guidance on IT security projects, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigationYour strengths include:Bachelor of Science in Engineering from an accredited university, with a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Oil and GasTechnical expertise with expertise level SCADA platformsExperience in risk management, compliance, and information security policy developmentFamiliarity with IT security governance, risk and compliance standards in various industries5+ years of experience in vulnerability management, risk assessment, and security tool configurationStrong ability to analyze, collaborate, and communicate within cross-functional teamsAbility to support IT audits and coordinate management responsesKnowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management strategiesIf you are interested in this role and meet the above criteria, please click the Apply button to send your resume directly to Igor Uzun and Shannon Bondad.Recruitment Partners Inc. is an Alberta-based, Alberta-focused recruitment firm.
