As the Trade Marketing Coordinator, you will play an integral role in the growth of our trade marketing strategy and sales, providing marketing support to our Vacations sales and groups teams, overseeing the creation and execution of sales support tactics, and assisting with the travel agent rewards program. The position reports to the Manager, Trade Marketing and will be located in Toronto, ON.What Youll Do:Intaking briefs from internal Sales and groups teams and creating assets as required (i.e. flyers, sales presentations, sales materials, etc.)Creating and maintaining a master Sales presentation for both Sunwing Vacations and WestJet VacationsMaintaining the Sunwing and WestJet Vacations trade offer spreadsheets and updating as deals come inCreating and distributing co-op flyers on a weekly basis and tailoring content to reflect ongoing routes or dates of needIntaking Sunwing STAR Points promotion from Product and Marketing counterparts, submitting them for upload and distributing to travel agentsWorking with the Manager, Trade Marketing to enhance the travel agent rewards programs across all vacations brandsDeveloping a strategy for the Sunwing Vacations and WestJet Vacations Agent Facebook pages that increases engagement and grows followersMaintaining a content calendar for both the Sunwing Vacations and WestJet Vacations Agent Facebook pages, and posting on an ongoing basisWhat Youll Need:Post-secondary education in a related field2-3 years experience in marketingComfortable writing and proofreading English copyAble to multi-task and prioritize deadlines efficientlyExcellent project management and organizational skillsProficiency in MS Office including Word, PowerPoint and ExcelPositive and enthusiastic team playerInterest or experience in travel and tourism an assetWhat We Offer:Growth opportunitiesFree ParkingOpen concept, collaborative workspaceFresh Caf with delicious snacks and meals at a subsidized price!Opportunity to give back through our social responsibility initiativesWe thank all who apply however only those who meet the qualifications will be contacted.Diversity, equity, and inclusion - Diversity makes us EPIC; we strive to foster a culture where employees feel uniquely themselves and part of a team.
