Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications and standards.Building Science: Apply advanced knowledge of building science principles, including building envelope detailing and construction methods such as concrete, steel, and timber framing.Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate project phases, ensuring seamless integration of various elements and adherence to timelines.Technical Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.Quality Control: Conduct quality control reviews of design and construction documents to ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with codes and regulations.Site Visits: Perform site visits to monitor construction progress, address any issues, and ensure alignment with design intent.Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges that arise during the design and construction phases.Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, present design solutions, and provide updates on project progress.Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior technologists, sharing expertise and fostering a collaborative team environment.Requirements:3-5 years experience for Intermediate Technologist5+ years experience for Senior TechnologistProficiency in Revit and AutoCADExtensive experience in building scienceExpertise in building envelope detailing and various construction methodsStrong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work both independently and as part of a teamAble to come to the office or to site when necessaryTremendous growth potential within a rapidly expanding teamDynamic work environment with opportunities for career advancementGrowing company with lots of projectsHow to Apply:If you're looking to take your career to the next level and thrive in a dynamic environment, we want to hear from you!
