Premier Medical Resources is looking for a Physician Recruiter to join our team!SUMMARY: The Physician Recruiter is responsible for recruiting Physicians and Advance Practice Providers. The Recruiter will advertise and market job opportunities, cold call and network with physicians and agencies and successfully complete assigned physician searches. Consult from the initial recruitment, prepare a comprehensive profile of open opportunities, and develop/implement targeted candidate strategies. Serve as the primary contact for physician candidates throughout the recruitment process, including facilitation of the on-site interview; assistance with the offer and contract negotiations as needed.Candidate Sourcing/MarketingDevise and implement an overall marketing strategy focused on a consistent and controlled cycle of recruitment for the recruitment of physicians and mid-levels specific to practice needs.Assist in the creation and development of marketing and/or advertising material for print and placement in professional journals and/or Internet placement as well as posters for display at professional meetings.Source potential candidates utilizing multiple venues including internal databases, the Internet, residency programs, specialty specific professional associations, and professional recruitment online databases.Candidate ScreeningConduct initial screening of potential candidates via telephone interviews pursuant to specific staffing needs.Present in depth exchange of information about the available opportunity and expand on the advantages of associating with specific practice.Evaluate the candidates professional goals and interests to determine whether candidate is a match to practices opportunity and culture.Determine the candidates level of interest in the specific opportunity.Candidate Interview ProcessDetermines candidates availability and arranges for a Zoom interview between practice and the candidate.Provides practice with candidate CV and an executive summary of the candidates pre-screening interview.Post-interview follows up with practice to determine level of interest and next steps in the recruitment process.Candidate Post Site VisitFollow-up with the candidate to address questions and/or concerns developed during their site visit.Through discussions, evaluate the candidates continued level of interest in the job opportunity.Feedback to PracticesPrepare weekly Physician Recruitment logs that reflect detailed status information on all candidates pertinent to the search.Provide ongoing updates relative to specific candidates on a continuous basis.Share comments and insights gained through casual conversation with candidates during visits as well as from e-mail correspondence as they occur.Follow-up as required with practice to facilitate completion of necessary telephone interviews.Perform other related tasks as needed.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:Knowledge of physician and advanced practice provider recruitment principles, including sourcing strategies, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer support.Ability to effectively communicate complex opportunity details to physician candidates.Ability to manage multiple recruitment searches simultaneously while meeting timelines and maintaining accurate documentation.Ability to assess candidate qualifications, career interests, and overall fit with the practice.Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive candidate and compensation information.Ability to analyze recruitment activity and provide timely, accurate status updates and reports to leadership.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively within a recruitment team environment.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with physicians and colleagues at all levels of the organization.Demonstrated ability to source physician and advanced practice provider candidates using multiple channels, including databases, professional associations, residency and fellowship programs, and networking.Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing recruitment demands.Proactive, resourceful, and resultsoriented approach with the ability to adapt to recruitment strategies based on market conditions and practice needs.Attention to detail and followthrough in coordinating interviews, site visits, and candidate communications.Ability to travel to job fairs, recruitment events, and site visits as required.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Human Resources or;Four years of experience recruiting in lieu of educationTwo (2) years of experience in physician and/or advanced practice provider recruitment or healthcare recruitment with demonstrated exposure to provider searches.Valid Texas Drivers License.BENEFITS OFFERED:3 Medical Plans1 Vision PlanEmployee Assistance ProgramShort and LongTerm Disability InsuranceBasic and Voluntary Life with AD&D Plan401(k) with a 2year vestingPTO + HolidaysPlease visit our website for more information:Premier Medical Resources is a healthcare management company headquartered in Northwest Houston, Texas.
