We are looking for a creative and driven Marketing Specialist to help expand our brand presence, promote our programs, and connect with our local community. Key Responsibilities Assess our service and offerings to determine marketing needs. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our classes, workshops, and seasonal programs Manage social media channels, including content planning, posting, and engagement Create marketing materials such as posters, newsletters, short videos, and promotional content Maintain and update the schools website and class information Run digital advertising campaigns and track performance Photograph and film classes, events, and performances for marketing use Support promotion of recitals, open houses, community events, and new program launches Monitor marketing analytics and prepare simple reports Work closely with the management team to develop branding strategies Qualifications A bachelors degree is essential. Experience in marketing, social media management, digital advertising, or experience working in the arts, dance, or education industry. Familiarity with online advertising platforms Strong content creation skills (social media posts, short videos, simple graphic design) Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Assets Strong artistic sense and aesthetic judgment Photography or videography skills Knowledge of another second language (asset for communicating with diverse families) #J-18808-Ljbffr
