Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Specialist based in Collingwood, ON. The Travel Specialist will assist clients with planning and booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, tours, and transportation. Additional responsibilities include making customized travel recommendations, managing business and leisure travel coordination, providing exceptional customer service, and addressing client inquiries to ensure seamless travel experiences. The role also involves building customer relationships and staying updated on travel trends and policies. Qualifications Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for liaising with clients and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction Experience in managing Business Travel and creating custom travel itineraries Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of travel policies, regulations, and industry tools or technology is preferred Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment Certification in travel and tourism or relevant qualification is an asset
