About the Role We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and golf-savvy Summer Camp Counsellor to lead and supervise up to 20 campers per week at our indoor golf training facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be teaching golf fundamentals, organizing skill-based drills, and running structured outdoor games and activities. If you love golf, enjoy working with kids, and can confidently lead a group while keeping things fun and organized this is the job for you. Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage a group of up to 20 children daily Teach golf fundamentals including: Grip, stance, swing mechanics Short game skills (chipping & putting) Driving and simulator play Basic course strategy and etiquette Lead structured indoor golf drills and competitions Organize and run outdoor activities and games (weather permitting) Ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive camp environment Maintain high energy and engagement throughout the day Communicate professionally with parents and staff Qualifications & Requirements Strong golf knowledge is mandatory Competitive playing experience preferred Coaching or instructional experience is an asset Experience working with children (camps, coaching, teaching, babysitting, etc.) Confident leading large groups Excellent communication and leadership skills High energy, positive attitude, and strong work ethic CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Ideal Candidate You are: Passionate about golf Comfortable speaking in front of groups Organized and reliable Patient but confident in leadership Able to balance structure and fun What You''ll Gain Leadership experience in a fast-growing sports facility Opportunity to coach and mentor young athletes Competitive seasonal pay A fun, high-energy summer environment If you are serious about golf and love working with kids, we''d love to hear from you.
