General Help/Server Pho by Night (Full-Time/Part-Time) ByWard Market, Ottawa Weekdays, Evenings & Weekends Reports to: Owner / General Manager ________________________________________ Who We Are Pho by Night is a family-run Vietnamese restaurant with over 25 years of history serving Ottawa. As we enter our next chapter of growth, we''re looking for a General Help maintain daily operations, and support our business needs. What You''ll Do Wash dishes, utensils, and cooking tools throughout the shift. Bus tables by bringing out food when needed and clearing/cleaning tables promptly. Maintain cleanliness of dish area, prep surfaces, and equipment. Take out garbage and recycling as needed. Restock supplies such as paper towels, cleaning liquids, and utensils Assist with organizing dry and cold storage. Assist with basic kitchen food preparation tasks (e.g., peeling, portioning) if time permits. Back up Front of House staff when needed. What You Bring Strong interpersonal skills. Calm under pressure, solutions-oriented, and dependable. Vietnamese language skills are a bonus but not required..
