We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Spa Manager to oversee daily operations at our wellness facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining the overall smooth functioning of the spa. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for providing outstanding client experiences. The Spa Manager will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients. This is a full-time position that includes both evenings and weekends. Duties Lead and supervise spa operations, including scheduling, staffing, and customer service standards Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing team Manage employee orientation, training & development programs to enhance team skills Oversee hours, bookkeeping, and inventory management to ensure operational efficiency Handle purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising to optimize revenue streams Maintain POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales processes Monitor inventory control and stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking Develop marketing strategies to promote spa services and retail products Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and sanitation Manage customer relations by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining excellent phone etiquette Oversee shift management to ensure proper coverage during operating hours Supervise retail sales activities and manage store management responsibilities Skills Proven management experience with strong leadership capabilities Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage clients effectively Proficiency in negotiation, sales management, and retail math Experience with employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Skilled in bookkeeping, payroll processing, inventory management, and POS systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of marketing strategies and merchandising techniques Experience in supervising teams within a retail or service environment such as grocery stores or retail sales settings Competence in budgeting, pricing strategies, store management, and shift management Ability to handle cash handling procedures accurately and maintain proper store operations This position offers an opportunity to lead a vibrant team in a thriving wellness environment while delivering exceptional client experiences.
