Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs - Perform cashier duties, including processing payments, issuing receipts, and handling returns - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Upsell products and services to customers to maximize sales -Food industry experience is a preferred but not a must. - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise - Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional shopping experiences Skills: - Strong organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Ability to upsell products and services to increase sales revenue - Experience in technical sales or retail sales is preferred - Bilingual proficiency in English and another language is a plus - Knowledge of product demos to effectively showcase features and benefits - Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive experience for customers - Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management - Multilingual abilities are an asset for serving diverse customer needs Requirements & Availability: Open availability is a must.
