Job Description Infosys is seeking Pega Lead Business Consultant. As a Pega Lead Business Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations. You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Required Qualifications Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Mississauga or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel. Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. At least 6 years of Information Technology experience. Candidates authorized to work for any employer in Canada without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Preferred Qualifications At least 8 years of experience in leading the business team in gathering requirements and choosing the best way to implement requirements in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x and with DCO capabilities. Should be certified CBA in Pega PRPC v7.x/v8.x. Strong knowledge on Finance Domain/Frameworks is mandatory. Understand and document/model the customer''''s business process, business requirements, and business rules. Translate these items into functional specs, user stories, and use cases. Experience working in an agile environment (SCRUM/Pega Smart BPM). Participate actively in the requirements design and build phases, delivering high quality deliverables within the planned timelines. Design and configure flows and rules. Assist with the user interface and process workflow development. Communicate with internal teams and clients to deliver User Interfaces, screens, and interface mock-ups. Handle Sprint Demo''''s with all relevant stakeholders to ensure the MVP is getting delivered. Experience in full PRPC implementation cycle. Works in conjunction with Program Manager to size, manage scope, and risk. Accountable for ensuring the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer technical and functional requirements, and commits to Customer Success. Experience and desire to work in a Global offshore/onshore model. Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel.
