Job Title: Warehouse Associate Location: 1230 Old Innes Rd Job Type: Full-time, Day Shift (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday) Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. In addition to order fulfillment, this position plays a key role in receiving inbound shipments and maintaining accurate inventory levels. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, dependable, and experienced in overall warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities: Order Picking: Accurately pick and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring high attention to detail and accuracy. Receiving: Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments; verify quantities and condition of products against packing slips and purchase orders. Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control, stock rotation, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the warehouse system. Packaging & Wrapping: Package orders and wrap skids for shipment to ensure they are securely prepared for delivery. Process Adherence: Follow all established procedures and standards to maintain consistent quality, safety, and accuracy in every task. Restocking: Use a pump truck and forklift to move, restock, and organize product throughout the warehouse. Loading Deliveries: Safely load deliveries for transportation to customers or other locations. Delivery Planning & Prioritization: Coordinate and prioritize deliveries based on urgency, scheduling, and available resources. Warehouse Organization & Cleaning: Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse. Perform routine cleaning and upkeep to ensure a safe work environment. Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience, including receiving and inventory management. Forklift certification required Experience operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pump trucks. Ability to lift up to 60 pounds and perform physical tasks throughout the workday. Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in receiving and inventory tracking. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
