Location: Downtown, Golden Triangle & Glebe Areas Pay: $25/hour Schedule: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (Full-Time) Job Description: We are a growing company seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Painter to join our team. Our portfolio includes 22 properties located in the Downtown, Golden Triangle, and Glebe areas. The ideal candidate is skilled, detail-oriented, and takes pride in delivering quality workmanship. Tools will be provided by the company Gas and mileage are the employee''s responsibility Responsibilities: Interior painting of residential units and common areas Surface preparation including sanding, patching, and priming Drywall repair, patching, and mudding Touch-ups and repainting between tenant turnovers Maintaining tools and keeping work areas clean and organized Requirements: Proven experience in painting, patching, and mudding Strong attention to detail and finishing quality Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable, punctual, and professional Honest, ethical, and trustworthy work attitude Ability to work full-time on-site Additional Information: Full-time steady hours Work across 22 properties within central locations Growing company with long-term opportunity Please note: benefits are not provided for this role Job Type: Casual Pay: $25.00 per hour Work Location: In person
