Job Overview We are looking for an experienced handyman/woman to perform needed repairs on apartments and suites and for general maintenance. Preferably mature or semi-retired. Duties Perform general repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting tasks Conduct routine inspections of buildings and equipment to identify issues before they escalate Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency repairs Assist with installation of fixtures, appliances, and other hardware as needed Experience Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar maintenance role preferred Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and painting techniques Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively and implement practical solutions Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail Valid driver''s license is a plus for transportation between sites or locations Please apply by forwarding your resume to the included e-mail.
