Insight Global is supporting a global industrial auctioneering and asset management company that is looking to add a senior Manual QA Analyst to their Salesforce team. This role supports a live Salesforce Sales Cloud environment and focuses on handson manual testing across ongoing enhancements and maintenance work. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys deep functional testing, collaborating closely with developers, and working in a stable, Agile Salesforce program. Logistics Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite) Location: Burnaby, BC Team: Collaborative Agile team with developers and 3 other QA analysts Participate in daily standups and standard Agile ceremonies Review and manage Jira tickets, ensuring test clarity and coverage Execute manual UI testing across Salesforce and related applications Validate Salesforce business workflows, automation, and endtoend processes Test integrations and backend processes using tools such as Postman, Salesforce CLI, and Data Loader Collaborate closely with developers and QA teammates to support highquality releases Investigate external systems as needed to create or validate test data Maintain strong test coverage and clear defect reporting in a live Salesforce environment 5+ years of QA experience with a strong emphasis on manual testing Handson experience testing Salesforce , ideally Sales Cloud Experience testing integrations and workflows across multiple systems Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across UI, workflows, and backend data Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and collaboration skills in an Agile team #J-18808-Ljbffr
