Job Description Reporting to the Plant Supervisor, the successful candidate will be a results-driven, self-starter who is always looking for opportunities for improvement, and has the ability to adapt to a fast paced, dynamic work environment. Work location: - 848 Read Dr, Summerside, PE Job duration: It is a SEASONAL position from the end of April to mid June. Wages - $ $20.00 Responsibilities Prepare and load raw material for mixing process; Monitor fertilizer mixing process; Operate basic production equipment and machinery when required; Perform basic troubleshooting and repair of production equipment; Inspect product exiting mixing line; Ensure products are made to customer specifications Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the mixing process. Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental regulations to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment. Maintain warehouse and production area All other related duties as assigned Qualifications Ability to lift up to 55lbs (25kgs). Availability to work extended hours, evenings, and weekends. Ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment. Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Mechanical aptitude and experience working in manufacturing or farm/fertilizer operations would be considered an asset. Attention to detail is essential.
