Overview Sarac Financial Services is expanding and seeking a dynamic, results-driven Automotive Finance & Sales Representative to join our growing dealership team. The ideal candidate holds a valid OMVIC license and has at least one year of proven experience in the automotive financing industry. However, for the right individual who is motivated and willing to obtain their OMVIC license, we are prepared to provide training and development. This role involves managing warm inbound online auto finance leads, including both Prime and Subprime clients and closing vehicle sales with customers across Ontario and Quebec. Candidates must have above-average computer skills and be comfortable working within CRM systems, with DealerTrack experience considered a strong asset. Success in this position requires strong negotiation abilities, excellent communication skills, and a genuine commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, re-engaging aged leads provided by the company, and driving consistent deal flow through disciplined follow-up and execution. There is no cold list prospecting, the company provides the opportunity; performance determines the outcome. This is a commission-only position with uncapped earning potential.
