Role Purpose As a Train for Life Coach, you are responsible for delivering an exceptional one-on-one coaching experience. You''ll work personally with our clients, guiding them through an 8-week program, following our proven Train for Life framework. You are responsible for delivering an exceptional personal training experience in both 1:1 and 2:1 settings. You will guide clients through our structured 8-week Train for Life program, ensuring they train safely, progress consistently, and feel supported every step of the way. This role is ideal for a coach who values relationships and thrives in an environment that is obsessed with delivering a premium client experience. Core Responsibilities Client Coaching & Delivery Lead clients through our proven Train for Life framework Deliver high-quality 1:1 and 2:1 personal training sessions Provide hands-on coaching, cueing, and technical corrections Meeting the client where they''re at: offering options a nd scaling movements appropriately based on ability, injury history, and/or mobility Ensure every session is structured, intentional, and aligned with client goals Progress Tracking & Accountability Accurately chart client progress, performance metrics, and attendance Conduct check-ins and progress assessments Reinforce nutrition, recovery, and habit-based coaching principles Celebrate client wins and guide clients through any obstacles encountered during their training program Client Experience Build strong, professional relationships with clients Create an encouraging, motivating, and high-accountability environment Ensure sessions start and end on time Communicate proactively with clients regarding scheduling and program adjustments Facility & Operations Take ownership and pride in the training space Ensure equipment is returned and organized after sessions Maintain cleanliness and safety standards Communicate effectively with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations Qualifications Required: Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, NSCA, ISSA, ACE, or equivalent) Current CPR/AED certification Preferred: Experience with group fitness or training clients in a private or semi-private setting is preferred Background in strength training and progressive programming Ideal Candidate Passionate about coaching, fitness and client transformation Detail-oriented and systems-driven Experience with strength training fundamentals (or a demonstrated willingness to learn) Professional, punctual, and accountable A team player who takes ownership and is proactive Growth-minded and open to feedback Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team You''ve lived the transformation.
