Major Tasks and Responsibilities: Provide professional, friendly, and efficient service to customers at checkout Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming checkout area Handle cash, debit, and credit transactions accurately Promote and explain store promotions, loyalty programs, and products to customers Maintain a professional appearance (uniform, hygiene, grooming & name tag) Assist with other store tasks as needed (stocking, organizing aisles, customer assistance) Major Requirements and Competencies: Ability to provide professional customer service and support Team player with a positive attitude Ability to stay composed and efficient in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and responsible Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Effective communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable using technology (point-of-sale systems, scanners, etc.) Policy, Procedures, Standards: Work in accordance with Canadian Tire best practices, store operations, and customer service standards Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards immediately Participate in training and store meetings as required Keep current on store policies and procedures Why Join Us?
