OverviewJoin to apply for the Marketing Team Lead role at POD Marketing Inc.ResponsibilitiesOversee all marketing efforts across two divisions: SmileShop Marketing and Marketing4ECPs, starting with a small team with opportunity to grow.Lead the strategy and execution of initiatives that drive leads for the sales teams and increase engagement with existing clients.Manage social media, website strategy, paid advertising, trade shows and events, overall brand presence, and more.Collaborate with leaders across the business, make smart, data-informed decisions, and ensure marketing efforts align with broader company objectives.Be both strategic and hands-on, with direct impact on how our brands show up in the market and how we grow.QualificationsMust have:Legally eligible to work in Canada and located in Calgary, AlbertaAble and willing to work in-office at least 3 days per week4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong track record of delivering results2+ years of experience in a sales-driven marketing roleStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and shifting prioritiesConfident working across digital channels, including social media, websites, email, and paid advertisingAble to analyze marketing data and translate insights into actionComfortable taking initiative, making decisions, and working independently toward a clear goalNice to have:Bachelors degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles such as client service, hospitality, or relationship managementPrevious experience managing or mentoring a teamExperience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Sprout)Familiarity with analytics and ad platforms like Google Analytics or Meta Ads ManagerExperience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing platformsBackground in graphic design or video productionStrong research skills that support strategy development and decision-makingWhats in it for you?At POD Marketing, we do meaningful, challenging work, and offer a hybrid model with in-office at least three days per week and flexible options.
