They are often the first people our customers meet to discuss their whole goods needs. With customer service a priority, having a professional, friendly, and dedicated sales team is very important to us.If you have a strong desire to be successful by earning the trust of your customers, this role could be a great fit. You will be aiding clients with rental and leasing needs, along with the sales of used trucks.ResponsibilitiesProspects customers by cold-calling, following up regularly, developing customer relationships, determining customer needs, and answering inquiries. Inputs customer information into CRM program.Prepares sales quotes by developing and fine-tuning agreements that meet or exceed customer needs and generate profitable sales for Maxim.
