My client is looking for a proactive, client-focused Account Manager to join their team, specializing in the Transportation sector. In this role, youll play a key part in supporting their growth by ensuring clients receive top-tier service every day. Location: Hamilton (Hybrid, 3 days in the office after training) Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day servicing of your client portfolio Prepare Certificates of Insurance and policy documents, including renewals, endorsements, and cancellations Process MVRs, driver abstracts, CVOR checks, and related documentation Assist in preparing binders, form letters, and other client communications Handle invoices and maintain accurate client records Review clients coverage, exposures, and loss experience to identify risk management needs Support Customer Service Brokers or Producers with inquiries or urgent requests Maintain strong knowledge of client needs and ensure excellent communication with clients, carriers, and colleagues Promptly address questions or concerns regarding policies, coverage, and premiums Qualifications: Minimum 1-year experience in Commercial Lines, either with a brokerage or insurance company preferred Active R.I.B.O license Post-secondary education in a relevant field (college or university) Excellent interpersonal, communication, and listening skills Detail-oriented, organized, and results-driven Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel If youre ready to grow your career and make an impact in a dynamic team environment, wed love to hear from you!
