Job Description

Summary The Client Advisor provides personalized luxury service to clients, driving sales and building client relationships while representing the brand at the Vancouver Oakridge Shopping Centre. This role focuses on delivering expert product knowledge, styling advice, and maintaining high standards of store presentation and service. Responsibilities Greet and assist clients with a warm and professional approach Provide expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice Drive sales through upselling and crossselling strategies Build and maintain a client book and conduct follow ups and invitations Ensure store presentation and visual merchandising align with brand guidelines Process transactions and operate POS systems efficiently Manage inventory and support stock replenishment Participate in back office tasks and support operational activities Requirements Previous experience in luxury retail, fashion, jewelry, watches, or lifestyle brands Strong interpersonal and communication skills Sales driven with ability to meet and exceed targets Customer centric approach with passion for personalized service Cultural awareness and ability to interact with international clientele Team player with collaborative spirit Multilingual skills preferred Legally entitled to work in Canada with ability to provide proof #J-18808-Ljbffr
