Ruslan studied Computer Science at the University of Waterloo and Business at Wilfrid Laurier University. She has a proven track record of driving growth at startups, scale-ups and multi-billion dollar companies including HP, Pearson and Top Hat. As CTO of Float, Tramale brings decades of experience leading engineering and R&D at global organizations including Stripe, Nintendo, Volkswagen, and ActionIQ by Uniphore. His track record of driving transformative innovation and scaling teams is guiding Floats next stage of growth. Brendan is a seasoned Finance leader and operator with experience building teams to scale at hypergrowth startups including Ada and ecobee. Brendans expertise spans strategic finance as well as major financial infrastructure projects. Brendan White , VP, Finance & Operations As VP of People, Tori brings deep expertise in building high-performing teams and talent programs , developed at fast-scaling companies like Stripe and Shopify. With a background in cognitive neuroscience, shes focused on creating environments where people and businesses thrive together. Tori Smith , VP of People Griffin is a Co-Founder of Float, and is responsible for our speedy shipping and bulletproof payments. Previously, he did software engineering at KPMG and Shopify.
