Qualifications Are a lawyer in good standing with experience in corporate, commercial, or insurance law. Are knowledgeable in all stages of procurement, privacy matters, and varying types of contracts, including IT and SaaS agreements. Thrive in an in- house or client environment where collaboration and relationship service environment where collaboration and relationshipbuilding building matter. Are comfortable balancing legal risk with business objectives and offering clear, actionable recommendations.
