Pay: Base Salary + Uncapped commissions Availability & Requirements (Must-Have) Available Sundays and evenings No extended summer travel within the first 6 months of employment Living on campus , or Vancouver resident with reliable transportation Ties to the UBC community an asset Previous sales experience Valid First Aid certificate Fluent in English (additional languages an asset) Key Responsibilities & Sales KPIs Greet members and guests during check-in and manage front desk tasks Handle all member questions and concerns with care Maintain strong first impressions and member experience Meet or exceed weekly membership sales targets Convert walk-ins, tours, and inquiries into memberships Track leads, follow-ups, and close rates to the Gold''''s Gym Standard Community Outreach: Represent the gym at campus and local community events Build referral partnerships and on-site activations Support pop-ups, tabling, and promotional initiatives Assist with schedule coverage Ensure proper upkeep of facility What We Offer Positive, rewarding, and collaborative team environment.
