Seeking a PM TL to be a true leader to a team of 12, sole focus on supporting (you won't be managing a portfolio)! 10th February, 2026 Were seeking a Property Management Team Leader to guide, mentor, and inspire our high-performing Property Management team. This is a handson leadership role where your sole focus is to provide support and guidance to your team. We are seeking an experienced, knowledgeable and approachable team leader to lead a team of 12, reporting into the Department Manager. What youll be doing Mentor, train, and support a team made up of; Property Managers, Property Consultants and a BDM Oversee daytoday property management operations with a focus on quality service and compliance Ensure Rental Providers are kept up to date, arrears are managed, and inspections/reviews are completed on time Represent clients at VCAT hearings and manage tribunal paperwork when required Drive new business opportunities and minimise lost managements Provide handson support by covering Property Managers when needed Other ad hoc duties in line with a Team Leader What youll bring Extensive experience in residential Property Management and a deep understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act Prior Team Leader experience in Property Management Strong leadership, mentoring and problemsolving skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle demanding situations professionally High attention to detail and strong organisational skills Current Agents Representative Certificate (essential) Why MICM?
