Previous experience as a Material Handler in a manufacturing or warehouse environment. Safety certifications such as WHMIS and Working at Heights. Ability to operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment. Valid DZ driver''s license. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team. Physical capability to bend, lift up to 50 pounds, stand, and sit for extended periods. Commitment to safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate machinery to handle raw materials, in-progress, and finished building components. Manually load and unload materials safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following departmental and company policies. Meet departmental goals by prioritizing and completing daily tasks. Adhere to work schedules, including start/end times and breaks, to minimize workflow disruption. Work cooperatively with coworkers to achieve team and departmental metrics. Proactively report corrective or preventative actions to supervisors for continuous improvement. Perform routine maintenance checks on machinery and report malfunctions immediately. Manage bins to ensure regular emptying and complete cycle counts accurately. Verify incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure correct counts. Use RF Smart tools to move inventory in and out of the factory. Place loads on trucks according to established schedules and coordinate tasks with other material handlers. Perform additional duties as required.
