Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and motivated Team Member, Assembly to join our team. This role is responsible for the assembly of floors, walls, windows, doors, and other manually built components, as well as the operation of machinery and tools used in the fabrication and framing of homes. Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or residential construction environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings. Skilled in operating hand and power tools. Knowledge of imperial and metric measurement systems. Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a team. Valid driver''s license and regular access to a vehicle. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and contribute to solutions-oriented processes. Commitment to safety, quality, and workplace cleanliness standards. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and repetitive assembly tasks while operating equipment and hand/power tools. Assemble products according to instructions, on-time, and to prescribed quality standards. Ensure equipment and tools operate efficiently and safely, following all workplace protocols. Maintain preventive maintenance, safety, 5S, and quality control processes. Keep work area clean and organized to meet company standards. Escalate production or operational issues to the Team Leader or supervisor promptly. Ensure required materials and supplies are available at all times. Participate in problem-solving sessions and identify improvement initiatives. Provide training and support to fellow team members as needed. Stop machines, tools, or processes to address safety or operational concerns. Perform additional duties as required.
