What You''ll Be Doing: Crafting delicious sandwiches with consistency, care, and speed Slicing meats to order on our deli slicer (sharp skills required ) Prepping ingredients: from sauces to toppings, you''ll keep us ready for service Assembling catering orders and helping pack for pickups and deliveries Keeping your station spotless, organized, and fully stocked Following kitchen procedures and daily prep checklists like a pro Supporting the kitchen team through busy rushes What We''re Looking For: Experience in a quick-service kitchen, deli, or sandwich shop is a big plus Strong knife skills and comfort using a slicer You can follow a recipe, manage time well, and stay cool under pressure You''re organized, reliable, and work well solo and as part of a team Food Handler Certification is preferred Bonus points if you''ve worked with apps like UberEats or DoorDash Why Paninaro?
