Entertainment Store Manager / Assistant Manager CrazyBear Entertainment About the Role CrazyBear Entertainment is growing, and we are looking to strengthen our leadership team by hiring an Entertainment Store Manager / Assistant Manager to support daily operations and help lead our family fun center. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. You will work closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and step in as a backfill when required. The ideal candidate enjoys working on the floor, supporting team members, and delivering outstanding guest experiences across attractions including bounce areas, arcade games, food service, and parties. Key Responsibilities As an Entertainment Store Manager / Assistant Manager, you will: Support and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth floor execution Supervise team members during shifts and ensure high performance standards Maintain excellent guest service, safety, and operational quality Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, cash handling, and basic reporting Step in to cover management responsibilities when the General Manager is unavailable Coordinate and oversee birthday parties, group bookings, and special events Train, coach, and retrain staff to ensure consistent operational standards Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed Support food, beverage, arcade, and attraction operations Promote positive employee relations and effective delegation of duties Monitor operational performance and assist with cost control and revenue growth Ensure all entertainment, food, equipment, and facility areas meet company standards This is a hands-on role, requiring flexibility, leadership presence, and a positive attitude. What We''re Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Previous supervisory or management experience (entertainment, hospitality, food service, arcade, or retail preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills A positive, solution-focused mindset Excellent customer service and communication skills Experience with staff scheduling, training, and performance management Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and operational procedures Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Comfort working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment Willing to learn and gain hands-on experience with arcade games and attractions, and to coordinate with technical support and vendors to manage troubleshooting and repair processes.
