At Hitch City, we''ve been in business for over 25 years, we look after retail consumers, fleets and over 150 dealerships across the GTA. We install towing products, Snow plowing equipment, truck accessories, all types of commercial truck upfitting for the various trades. We also have a Landscaping Equipment Division that caters to contractors as well as residential customers. This position will be a primary point of contact for all customers, therefore, the successful applicant will have excellent communication skills; both written and verbal. The successful applicant will be expected to professionally answer and resolve customer''s inquiries. Some other tasks include updating customer data, administration work. We thank all applicants for their interest, however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted. * Job Type: Full-time Location: Mississauga Key Duties & Responsibilities The successful candidate will be self-motivated, customer-focused, and detailed oriented with two years'' experience as a CSR in the Automotive industry (preferred). Level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) Working with multiple software applications Excellent customer service skills Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to multi-task without compromising on quality Extremely dependable and punctual Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and takes initiative Excellent verbal and written communication skills Qualifications & Skill Requirements Customer Service experience required. 2 year''s previous working experience as a CSR in the Automotive industry or Repair Center preferred. Able to effectively communicate: verbally, written, and processes attentive listening skills. Strong attention to detail. Able to manage people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally.
