Join us.Job SummaryThe salary range for this position is $51,200 to $70,000. Final compensation will be determined based on relevant skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity. In addition to base salary, eligible employees may be entitled to other elements of total compensation, which may include group benefits, employer RRSP contributions, and discretionary bonus or incentive programs, where applicable to the role. We are committed to offering competitive compensation and comply with all applicable pay transparency legislation. Please note that artificial intelligencebased tools may be used at certain stages of the recruitment and applicant screening process.This is a posting for an existing job vacancy.The Purchasing Manager is responsible for in-unit management of product inventory, vendor relations, intra-unit requisitions and purchase orders.Now, if you were to come on board as our Purchasing Manager, wed ask you to do the following for us:Maintains show quality of all areas at all timesUnderstands all menus, product offerings, packaging, and pricingEstablishes rapport with associates, management, and partnersEmploys safety, security and sanitation guidelines and practicesOversee in-unit logistics, including transportation of food to local sitesCompletes scheduling of team membersPractices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipmentOversees execution of required daily reporting and completion of required department reports and compiles information at month end closingReviews forecasts and schedules to meet operational needs and desired targetsThoroughly and accurately uses applicable Compass systems (Purchasing Systems, Point-of-sale, Timekeeping systems, etc.)Oversees inventory procedures for accountability and ensures inventory best practices are in placeUses all performance management tools to provide guidance to team and to ensure lines of communication are open between management and associatesEstablish in-unit vehicle operations procedures and maintenance scheduleThink you have what it takes to be our Purchasing Manager?
