We're building a newsroom-style social operation for a major sportsbook brand hundreds of posts a month, live posting every night, real-time calls during games and a team of creators who need someone steady at the wheel when things move fast. That someone is you.The gig: You'll lead a team of content creators and manage influencer/UGC partnerships across X, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You own the daily standup, the content calendar, real-time editorial decisions, quarterly original productions and the reporting that proves it's all working. You report directly to the P&G account lead. What makes this different: This isn't a 'schedule posts and check analytics' role. You're making editorial calls while games are still being played. You're approving content in minutes, not days. You're running a machine that produces volume and quality and you're using AI tools like Claude, Gemini and generative video/audio platforms to do it at a pace that wouldn't be possible otherwise. You'll build prompt libraries, run AI-assisted workflows and train your creators to use these tools every single shift.Who you are: You love sports. Not 'I watch the Super Bowl' love you know the storylines, have the opinions and understand why a moment matters before anyone has to explain it. But you're also fluent in pop culture, music, nostalgia and internet humor because this brand lives at the intersection of all of it. You're the person who can connect a 90s upset, a meme from last week and a deep-cut song in the same content calendar and have it all make sense. What you bring: 5+ years running social for a sports, entertainment or lifestyle brand. At least 2 of those managing a team in a high-volume, real-time environment. You've covered live sports where the content cycle moves in minutes. You've been through the chaos and you stayed calm. You're not here to learn you're here to apply everything you've already learned at a pace most people can't sustain.Hours: MondayFriday, roughly 10am7pm EST with flexibility around big game nights. Weekend oversight during peak periods. Heavier involvement during tentpole moments (March Madness, NFL playoffs, etc.).
