Please see our website to learn more about what we do here at Light of the Prairies!Current OpportunitiesFull-Time Team Lead position available to start March 2026Job ExpectationsManage a team of support staff.Assist with daily routines while providing quality personal care and assistance as needed.Encourage client independence and support clients to participate in activities of their choice.Take part in planning and implementing programming individualized for each client.Ensure a safe environment, including fire safety, medication management and public health standards.Demonstrate dignity, respect and professionalism when interacting with team members, clients, and support networks.Demonstrate time management, organizational and communication skills.Possess creative thinking, the ability to plan activities and attend community outings with clients.Work shifts varying from days, evenings, weekends and overnights and be on call for the home.QualificationsExperience in supervisory role.Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's license (no probation).Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector.CPR & 1st Aid within 3 months of employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
