Job DescriptionInsight Global is supporting a large-scale supplier onboarding initiative and is seeking a Supplier Onboarding Support Specialist to assist with high-volume outreach and hands-on onboarding support.Our team has already sent onboarding communications to approximately 6,000 suppliers, ranging from small mom and pop shops to large enterprise vendors. This role will focus on guiding suppliers through the onboarding process, answering questions, and ensuring a smooth and timely experience.This is a highly communicative, customer-facing role that requires someone comfortable managing inboxes, explaining processes, and confidently picking up the phone when needed.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary point of contact for suppliers during the onboarding processRespond to high-volume inbound email inquiries with clear, accurate guidanceWalk suppliers step-by-step through onboarding requirements and next stepsProactively hop on phone calls with suppliers to resolve questions or issuesSupport a wide variety of supplier types, from small businesses to large vendorsTrack and follow up on onboarding progress to ensure completionRequired Qualifications2+ years of experience in a corporate customer service, client support, or similar roleComfortable and confident speaking with customers/suppliers over the phoneStrong written communication skills for professional email correspondenceGeneral experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)Ability to manage multiple inquiries and stay organized in a fast-paced environmentPreferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Experience supporting procurement, vendor management, or supplier onboardingPrior contract or project-based work experienceFamiliarity working with external partners or suppliers (not required)
