Environmental Scientist / Hydrogeologist Contaminant Focus Barrie, Ontario $70,000 $120,000 About the Opportunity Skyline Recruitment is currently partnering with a long-standing environmental consulting firm in Barrie that is expanding its contaminant and environmental site assessment team . Our client is seeking an Environmental Scientist or Hydrogeologist with strong experience in Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESA) . Key Responsibilities Preparation of Phase I and Phase II ESA proposals and reports Conducting work in accordance with CSA standards and O.Reg. 153/04 Coordination of Phase II field programs Locate requests Field scheduling Contractor coordination Field note review and documentation Technical report writing and regulatory documentation Liaising with regulatory agencies and stakeholders Supporting contaminant hydrogeology investigations Qualifications 3+ years of relevant consulting experience (intermediate to senior considered) Experience preparing and coordinating Phase I/II ESAs Working knowledge of Ontario Regulation 153/04 Strong technical writing and organizational skills Hydrogeological experience considered an asset Additional Information Salary range: $70K$120K depending on experience Barrie office-based role (flexibility may be considered for experienced professionals) Opportunity to work within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team
