Partout o cela est possible, nous favorisons la flexibilit dans nos modes de travail afin de stimuler l''esprit d''innovation.Vos dfis:Raliser des essais non destructifs sur des aronefs ou des composants d''aronefs en fabrication; Mettre en uvre la technique, effectuer les rglages et l''talonnage de l''appareil et appliquer les procdures d''inspection, en fonction de ses certifications; Rdiger les instructions techniques pour la mise en uvre de l''essai demand valider par le niveau 3; Rdiger les rapports d''inspection incluant les rsultats, valider et certifier la conformit du composant selon les critres d''acceptation spcifis. Le cas chant, rdiger les documents de livraison (bon de livraison, dclaration de conformit et formulaire 1 du TCCA/EASA) de l''ensemble inspect ; Participer l''laboration d''tudes de faisabilit en menant des essais non destructifs sur de nouveaux matriaux, procdures, assemblages, structures.... etc. et en dterminant les mthodes les plus appropries; Contribuer au dveloppement de solutions CND ddies des besoins spcifiques, suivi de leur ajustement, qualification et promotion Assurer le suivi des exigences des clients conformment aux procdures de qualit internes pour mener bien l''opration Maintenir les comptences et les certifications obtenues et en acqurir de nouvelles Votre carte d''embarquement:DEC ou AEC en Contrle Non Destructif ou domaine technique connexe OU certification quivalente. Certification CND niveau 2 (NAS410 ou EN4179) dans au moins une mthode : UT (ultrasons) ou ET (courants de Foucault), ainsi que PT (ressuage) complt ou en voie d''obtention. Formation CND conforme NAS410, EN4179, ISO 9712 ou ASNT. Les candidats certifis niveau 1 limit dans les deux mthodes UT et PT, avec exprience pertinente (minimum 18 mois pour chaque mthode) peuvent aussi tre considrs. Exprience en fabrication ou maintenance aronautique, un atout majeur . A gent QC structure avec minimum 3 ans exprience l''interne, avoir connaissances solides des structures et matriaux aronautiques Matrise du franais et de l''anglais, l''oral comme l''crit Vous tes rigoureux(se), autonome, mthodique, et vous apprciez le travail d''quipe. Your challenges:Carry out non-destructive testing on aircraft or aircraft components undergoing maintenance or manufacture; Implement the technique, carry out the settings and calibration of the apparatus and apply the inspection procedures, according to its certifications; Write the technical instructions for the implementation of the requested test to be validated by level 3; Write the inspection reports including the results, sanction and certify the conformity of the component according to the specified acceptance criteria. If necessary, draw up the delivery documents (delivery note, declaration of conformity and TCCA/EASA form 1) for the inspected assembly; Participate in the development of feasibility studies by conducting non-destructive tests on new materials, procedures, assemblies, structures.... etc., and by determining the most appropriate methods. and determining the most appropriate methods; Contribute to the development of NDT solutions dedicated to specific needs, monitoring their adjustment, qualification and promotion Ensure the follow-up of customer requirements in accordance with internal quality procedures for the successful completion of the operation Maintain skills and certifications obtained and acquire new ones Your boarding pass: DEC or AEC in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) or a related technical field, or equivalent certification.NDT Level 2 Certification (NAS410 or EN4179) in at least one method: UT (Ultrasonic Testing) or ET (Eddy Current Testing), with PT (Penetrant Testing) completed or in progress. NDT training compliant with NAS410, EN4179, ISO 9712, or ASNT. Candidates certified Level 1 Limited in both UT and PT methods, with relevant experience (minimum 18 months for each method), may also be considered. Experience in aerospace manufacturing or maintenance, a major asset. Structural QC Agent with a minimum of 3 years of internal experience, having solid knowledge of aerospace structures and materials. Proficiency in French and English, both oral and written.
