Position Summary: We are seeking a dependable and experienced Skilled Labourer to support site operations on active construction projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, site layout and assisting with site prep and clean ups. Key Responsibilities: Assist with site layout using measuring tapes, string lines, laser levels, and grade rods Build and install temporary frameworks using hand and power tools Use levels, squares, and layout tools to ensure proper alignment and elevation Operate power tools such as circular saws, drills, impact drivers, and nail guns Assist with placing and finishing operations as needed Load, unload, and organize materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Qualifications: Previous experience in construction or structural work preferred Comfortable using hand tools and power tools including saws, drills, and vibratory equipment Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working outdoors in various weather conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable transportation and punctuality required What We Offer: Competitive wages based on experience Opportunities for advancement If you are motivated, reliable, and ready to grow with a solid construction team, we''d like to hear from you.
