What Youll Deliver We are looking for a sales focused , Insurance Advisor to join our growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a client-centered sales professional, who holds themselves to the highest standards and aligns their success with that of the customer. This position requires a sales oriented and outgoing individual with a proven history of sales, networking and ability to close. Note: No cold calling or prospecting required. Responsibilities We promise it wont be mundane. Handle insurance prospective customers provided to you by APOLLO Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements Engaging contact with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers Offer continuous support from information gathering, quote and to bind to deliver a seamless client experience in a timely manner Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the suite of APOLLO products and help clients with any questions Recommend operational improvements in our processes to help further improve overall customer experience Provide feedback and insights to enhance products offerings over time This role is an opportunity to grow, demonstrate your abilities, and make your mark in the company thats always reaching for more. Skills & Qualifications RIBO license is required 3-4 years experience in an insurance sales role. Personal lines experience required Passion for Sales Desire and motivation to meet set targets Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention for detail and demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple clients at a time What were looking for We believe it starts with our PEOPLE. Compensation APOLLO is committed to fair and equitable compensation for all of our team members. We thoughtfully consider a wide range of factors when determining individual compensation. The expected compensation for this role for candidates residing in Canada is between $50,000-$55,000 CAD. Actual compensation for an individual may vary depending on many factors, including skills, performance over time, business needs, qualifications, experience, and location. In addition to the base salary, the total compensation package also includes the below Benefits & Perks. This position is also eligible for commission.
