At Loblaw Digital, were building leading eCommerce experiences in online grocery, beauty, pharmacy, and apparel. This role is based in Downtown Toronto and focuses on driving customer insights to inform marketing, product, and omnichannel strategy for Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM) eCommerce and Digital Health. What youll do Leverage an advanced analytics toolkit (SQL, Python/R, Snowplow Analytics) to uncover actionable insights and deliver strategic recommendations that shape marketing and product strategies for acquisition and retention. Build reporting and forecasting to understand sales and marketing performance as well as on-site / in-app customer engagement to drive traffic and conversion. Measure the impact of marketing campaigns and promotional tactics to generate actionable insights and enhance targeting. Support cross-functional growth initiatives across personalization, marketing journey attribution, and loyalty voucher optimization, adapting to evolving priorities to support overall business objectives. Collaborate with BI and Digital Implementation teams to improve data accuracy, accessibility, and automation. Develop and refine customer models (e.g., CLV, segmentation, migration) and embed key insights into marketing initiatives. Present and lead the creation of daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting (traffic, customer analyses, post-campaign reports, presentations). Communicate findings clearly, incorporating best practices in data visualization and storytelling. What were looking for Bachelors degree (BA, BCom, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent. 25 years in a management consulting, analytics, e-commerce, or high-growth technology environment with strong business acumen. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and Excel. Ability to manage priorities in a high-capacity role, navigate ambiguity, and work on multiple complex projects independently. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with the ability to synthesize and communicate findings across the organization. Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Snowplow Analytics, Google Analytics) is preferred. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., LookerML, Looker Studio) is preferred. Knowledge of ETL processes and tools is an asset. Knowledge or experience with additional data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R) is an asset.
